Michael Joe Harper (born Sept. 19, 1960, Topeka, KS) attended Lincoln High School in Des Moines, Iowa. Bridge construction labor, summers 1979 and 1980. Attended AIB, DMACC, and Drake - no formal degree. After living in Chicago from 1989 thru 1997, is currently back in the Des Moines area working in data processing. 2003 SAS Certified Professional. Played drums since summer 1971 in concert and jazz bands at school. Tormented with Love, Catholicism, substance abuse, and the quest of spirituality most of his adult life.
