ICP

I expanded the intracranial pressure article, but I'm afraid I did it with way too much emphasis on head trauma, since that's all I know about. I saw your comment on the talk page. Maybe you'd like to have a look at the article and cut stuff that's too head trauma-ey and doesn't apply to other causes of increased ICP. For example, the treatments section I added, I have no idea whether they do those things for other causes of increased ICP. If not, maybe that should be a separate page, like ICP increases in head trauma. Anyway, if you feel like taking a hack at it, that'd be good, otherwise, no big deal. Thanks.
