User talk:Neuroscientist
In June you voted on the featured article candidacy of W. Mark Felt, which failed. It has now been resubmitted. In the event you would like to vote on the new candidacy, it is at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/W. Mark Felt/archive1. PedanticallySpeaking 18:58, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
ICP
[edit]I expanded the intracranial pressure article, but I'm afraid I did it with way too much emphasis on head trauma, since that's all I know about. I saw your comment on the talk page. Maybe you'd like to have a look at the article and cut stuff that's too head trauma-ey and doesn't apply to other causes of increased ICP. For example, the treatments section I added, I have no idea whether they do those things for other causes of increased ICP. If not, maybe that should be a separate page, like ICP increases in head trauma. Anyway, if you feel like taking a hack at it, that'd be good, otherwise, no big deal. Thanks. GA reassessment of Terri Schiavo case
[edit]I have conducted a reassessment of the above article as part of the GA Sweeps process. You are being notified as you have made a number of edits to this page. I have found some concerns which you can see at Talk:Terri Schiavo case/GA1. I have placed the article on hold whilst these are fixed. Thanks. Jezhotwells (talk) 21:15, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
The Wikipedia Library now offering accounts from Cochrane Collaboration (sign up!)
[edit]The Wikipedia Library gets Wikipedia editors free access to reliable sources that are behind paywalls. Because you are signed on as a medical editor, I thought you'd want to know about our most recent donation from Cochrane Collaboration.
- Cochrane Collaboration is an independent medical nonprofit organization that conducts systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials of health-care interventions, which it then publishes in the Cochrane Library.
- Cochrane has generously agreed to give free, full-access accounts to 100 medical editors. Individual access would otherwise cost between $300 and $800 per account.
- If you are still active as a medical editor, come and sign up :)
