with the terrorist thing at burnie high school, it wasn't in the examiner. thats where wikipedia comes in, covering the stuff that print media doesn't. and btw ask the police, they have it on record, its called hushing it up for the public safety. and stop spreading dirty rumours
- No, its not wikipedia's role to report stuff that isn't reported anywhere else, its an encyclopedia. If you want to post something controversial and don't want it deleted, you need a source. If the police have it on record, then its up to you to get a copy of the report to prove it. Even if it was true, "someone faked an email message" would not be enough to make the school noteworthy.
- It's a shame, due to all the crap you and your mates have posted on Thomas Hatcher, Neville Windsor, Burnie High School, people want to delete Hellyer College now, which could have been a good article. If you really want to write articles (not ones that just get deleted) then why don't you get some more detail about the college and its history and make it into a full article? Reece High School is another good one that you could write about, when it burnt down and was rebuilt with all modern stuff in it, that was big news at the time and would be worth keeping. -- Chuq12:59, 30 Sep 2004 (UTC)
I reverted your edit because it was an unsubstantiated, dubious and factually inaccurate claim. It's hard to write that out of a short paragraph. 203.22.224.100 02:16, 1 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Factual inaccuracy: there are senior high schools in most mainland states as well. Why would graduates of Hellyer Senior High School be more sought after by mainland unis then? 203.22.224.100 02:28, 1 Oct 2004 (UTC)
don't post nonsense
[edit]refrain from creating nonencyclopedic articles like Thomas Hatcher Controversy. RickK 06:26, Oct 1, 2004 (UTC)
It's patent nonsense, and it will be deleted every time you recreate it. RickK 06:29, Oct 1, 2004 (UTC)
