Roberto Mengoni I was born in Bucharest (Romania) in 1968. Father is Italian and Mother is Romanian. I lived childhood and teenagers years in Ascoli Piceno, a small and quiet town in the central part of Italy but when I was 19 I left it to study at the college in Florence, where I graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in Political Science. Since then I lived in different countries, Mexico, Japan, India, briefly back in Rome and now in Seoul (South Korea), but I still have a deep love for my hometown.
