It was announced that Aidi is buying Winn Dixie. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024 and pending regulatory approval. So I don't think it right or correct to say Aidi is the parent company of Winn Dixie when the sale hasn't been finalized. — DarkFrog (talk) — 19:13, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for bringing this up. I looked at other pages for grocery retailers, and none of them had any similarly extensive sections of their in-store pandemic responses. Most of them had minimal information regarding how the pandemic affected their financial or economic performance or other technical information. Given that none of the pandemic information for Winn-Dixie related to such things, and merely related to precautionary measures that most other retailers also took during that time, I decided to just delete the entire section. If someone else has a different point of view, feel free to express it. pillowcrow18:35, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
