I cannot be bothered to read the entire thing, but the first few paragraphs do not establish notability, which is about the first thing any encyclopedia article should do (one should not, for example, have to read about someone's favorite foods an TV shows before being informed that they are the President of Tajikistan). It seems those voting to keep are doing so because it has been around a while.
