User:Tuesday Teen/Sandbox
Welcome to the User Sandbox for El Chico. This is El Chico's personal idea space. If you have a suggestion, please add it to the talk page. Please use this link to add a new section.
Here's an idea for a template that we could put on user pages of shared IPs such as AOL to alert sysops to use caution when blocking and reverting. The {{NAMESPACE}} parameter shows whether the page is a user or user talk page—the appropriate one is put in—The {{PAGENAME}} parameter shows the IP address, and the unnamed parameter ({{{1}}}) is where you would enter the name of the company that owns the IP. I've moved it to Template:Ownedip. Update: I've moved it to Template:Sharedip
This is the User page for an unregistered user or a user that has not logged in. This IP, Tuesday Teen/Sandbox, is owned by {{{1}}} and therefore caution should be used when blocking this IP. All comments should be posted on this IP's talk page.
And the Template:Sharedip version is something like this (though the edits probably aren't all mine, of course). {{ownedip|El Chico Networks}}
For VfD outside main Namespace
[edit]Here's a template to use when you're VfDing pages outside the main namespace. Minor tweak of Template:vfd. (Note: I've removed the category and hidden link so that my sandbox doesn't show up on VfD.)
Suggestions for names are welcome.
Major Expansion Ideas
[edit]For Template:Logo
[edit]After seeing that screenshots had an alternative template to {{fairuse}}, I've decided that this would be a better way to phrase the template…
As of 13:14, 27 Sep 2004 (UTC), this idea expansion has been implemented at Template:Logo.
