Good work on specified loads and design choice (I assume that was you). But dude, lay off the capital letters! :) You'd be a lot closer to the right style if you only put them at the start of sentences. And please start your articles on civil engineering or construction engineering or whatever you want to call it with "In civil engineering..." because it's a bit confusing otherwise. -- Tim Starling 06:45 31 May 2003 (UTC)
Hi from Adrian!
I've extensively messed about with your pic, I hope you don't mind. In any case, if you hate what I've done, just revert to your earlier version.
I put in into Photoshop, lightened it, sharpened it, resized it to a 300 pixel wide and a 750 pixel wide version and then re-uploaded the two pics. Then I embedded the thumbnail in to the text. If you have a better focus version I can do a much better job. Just upload it at, say, 800 pixels wide, and let me know it's there. PS I specialise in contributing pics, just click on the Arpingstone below and you'll see!

- Sorry, I forgot to provide a link for quick access to your article, it's Construction.

Wikimedia Canada
[edit]Hi there! I'd like to invite you to explore Wikimedia Canada, and create a list of people interested in forming a local chapter for our nation. A local chapter will help promote and improve the organization, within our great nation. We'd also like to encourage everyone to suggest projects for our national chapter to participate in. Hope to see you there!--DarkEvil 01:28, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Construction foreman
[edit]An editor has nominated Construction foreman, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Construction foreman and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 21:02, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
The article Faux has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Wikipedia is not a dictionary, and this page, being about a fairly commonplace word, has little room for expansion into a proper encyclopedia article.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ibadibam (talk) 17:43, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Faux is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Faux until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Ibadibam (talk) 17:21, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
