Please don't take it personally! Disagreements on Wikipedia happen all the time, and that page in particular looks like a POV magnet to me anyways, so don't worry about it. I think that she is influential, and if you think she isn't you might be right...I just disagree with your assessment. If you want, you can raise the issue on Talk:21st century.

I don't think I gave you a proper welcoming to Wikipedia either...so welcome ;) I'm sorry if I gave you a bad introduction, but it was certainly not my intention. I hope that you'll stay with us and continue to edit.
