Talk:Neutrality

I am new to this whole thing. Generally I am not technologically minded. In my humble opinion neutrality is a critically important concept. I feel neutrality needs a definition rather than a redirect. My first attempt to get the ball rolling in this regard failed miserably. Can anyone help me out here?

I'm not sure. I guess they are if minimalism is the key around here. I was thinking that a definition of neutrality with a link to neutral might be more appropriate.

Pilot Licenses and Certificates
