Funny. [[User:Neutrality|Neutrality (talk)]] 02:04, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Jeez, where did this come from? This has been on BJAODN for months. Delete it as a redundancy. - Lucky 6.9 02:12, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Just plain silliness. Livajo 02:48, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Make sure that the talk page goes to BJAODN. The talk page is hilarious. Geogre 03:04, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. If someone can find another person to add to the list, I'll change me vote. [[User:Gamaliel|Gamaliel File:Watchmensmiley20.gif]] 05:42, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Unless to my great surprise this list can be accurately expanded, in which case I think the proposed name List of deaths by cranial trauma from hard shelled animals from the talk page is better.... Average Earthman 16:38, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete - wasn't this in vfd once before? I can't find an archived discussion on it and it's not at the talk page. -- Graham ☺ | Talk 17:03, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- The talk page shows that someone originally had a "Death by falling tortoise" or something. That was on VfD, and someone flippantly suggested that it be a list article to avoid VfD. The list was created as a joke, after the original article went to BJAODN. I.e. it's a two-for-one. The "List of" hasn't been VfD'd before, but its contents have been. Like I said, the talk page to this article (with the old VfD debate) is very amusing. Geogre 17:10, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete unless the list has three or more famous people. Psychonaut 17:15, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep, but move to something like List of unusual deaths so it has hope of expansion (oh, and I hope it does) and to keep the Talk page around. -- Netoholic @ 19:38, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep (William M. Connolley 19:46, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC))
- Delete nonsense and gently bop User:Muriel Gottrop over the head with a turtle for recreating the page. --Ardonik.talk() 21:04, Sep 9, 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: joke. Could be speed deleted as a repost of previously-deleted content. Wile E. Heresiarch 02:53, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Excellent idea about moving to List of unusual deaths! I'd like to do that, if there's no objection - DavidWBrooks 14:03, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Looks like a user did a copy'n'paste of List of people who died with tortoises on their heads to List of unusual deaths, disjointing the edit histories. Can an admin please fix this? Prefer that List of people who died with tortoises on their heads redirect to the new article, all under one combined history. -- Netoholic @ 14:11, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, I can't accept any action that would destroy my favorite Wikipedia link. Keep. Snowspinner 16:24, Sep 10, 2004 (UTC)
- I have fixed the copy'n'paste to List of unusual deaths by moving "tortoise". However, I find that while this does move the Talk page, it does not move the VfD link ... oh, dear. - DavidWBrooks 17:54, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep - with new name. It's a good list now, and sure to grow. Key45 19:12, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep as List of unusual deaths, something that can be expanded.
- Keep and rename to List of unusual deaths or the link James F. (talk) 08:59, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep with the new name, move inappropriate bits to BJAODN. Andre 20:05, 14 Sep 2004 (UTC)
