Hello Rbsteffes and welcome to Wikipedia! Hope you like it here, and stick around.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- To sign your posts (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Follow the Wikipedia:Simplified Ruleset
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
PPS Nice catch on the article about Jesus. Just a note--we generally refer to stuff like that, which clearly harms Wikipedia, as vandalism. Just wanted to let you know so you don't get confused if people start using "troll" in a way that you don't agree with. Best wishes.
No, but it's not really important. Best wishes and keep contributing, [[User:Meelar|Meelar (talk)]] 17:58, 2004 Aug 4 (UTC)

John Kerry flip-flops
[edit]I think this page is a gross error of judgement on your part. Wikipedia is not for partizan politics; there is a perfectly servicable page for the kerry campaign on wikipedia, as well you know since you've edited so much of it. --Tagishsimon

- Please, if you have additional quotes on that topic or wish to edit the non-quote part of the subject to be more NPOV, please do so. Also, if you have evidence that directly counters a claim, by all means, put it there. The intent is to make as much accurate information as readily available as possible. Where else are people going to go when accusations like these surface? If the facts aren't here, where else would they be?Rbsteffes 19:35, 13 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Appears the consensus is that the page is a gross error of judgement on your part. Not one single vote of support. I fear the worst part is that you will not understand why. Which is very depressing. --Tagishsimon
